The President of the Eritrean National Football Federation (ENFF), Abraham Esayas has been selected to be part of the Africa Nations Championship Commission.

“We are ready to work as a team for the good of African football,” said Esayas who was also elected CECAFA Board member last December in Kampala, Uganda.

The Commission mandated to cover the 2019-2021 cycle is headed by the 3^rd Vice President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Alexander Danny Jordaan.

The Commission in-charge of CHAN will start their mission this year with the 2020 Total Africa Nations Championship slated for April 4-25th in Cameroon.

Teams from the CECAFA region that have qualified for 2020 CHAN include; Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.
